Service Description

Most Pilates mat classes are based on the traditional Pilates mat exercises and sequence as featured in Joseph Pilates' teachings. However, exercises are often modified depending on the students’ needs and level of ability. In addition, our variety of classes incorporates fusion workouts of other functional and cross-training options so there is always variety and challenge. These classes can be fun and worthwhile. The class will only run if there are 3 or more attendees.

Cancellation Policy

Northern Pilates works on a scheduled appointment basis and thus, requires that you provide 24 hrs notice when cancelling or rescheduling any session. (during COVID it is up to 12 hrs) Should you cancel a session with LESS than 24 hrs' prior notice, or fail to show up without any notification, then you will be charged for that session.
