Get Our group classes are a fun and challenging way to experience the Pilates Method.

Get Sweaty, Bendy, and Bootylicious with Barre Body sessions.

Feel Taller, Stronger, and Loose… Feel the difference after each session with Mat Pilates.

Using the body’s own resistance and weight, a series of movements are performed designed to improve circulation, breathing, posture, and body awareness.

The Pilates Method offers an ideal cross-training opportunity to support your current exercise regime.

​

Suitable for healthy bodies at all fitness levels, our group classes are small (max 10) which are perfect for optimum results. If you don’t have the budget for Semi-private sessions, then Mat and Barre classes are more affordable.

​

No posture and health assessment are required for these classes.

*If a group class isn’t right for you, semi-private sessions are very popular. If you have an injury or other special concerns, starting with private instruction is often the best choice.
