Pilates is not a destination...
It's a way of life

During our private or semi-private studio session, (4 people maximum per instructor), each client is taught according to their individual needs. Over the course of an hour, you will be guided through a series of Pilates moves that are designed to help your body, while under constant supervision from the instructor.These one-hour studio sessions increase gradually in intensity as you gain greater strength, with plenty of juicy stuff to keep you coming back for more.

Reaching health goals with Pilates is a path anyone can embark on. The gift of Pilates is that exercises can be modified to meet the needs of the individual. My students come from various backgrounds, such as:

  • People suffering from orthopedic problems (neck/shoulder/spine/hip/knee/foot/scoliosis, etc)

  • People recovering from orthopedic surgeries

  • Those who live with Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis and Spinal Cord Injuries

  • People affected by Osteopenia or Osteoporosis

  • People who often injure themselves when they participate in group exercises (yoga, boot camp, running, CrossFit, weight training or kettlebell training)

  • Gym haters, who dislike weights and machines
