Service Description
work on your own personal needs in a shared hour with max 4 in the group. Progress with your own level and pace, your program will be around your own personal needs and abilities and modified accordingly using all Pilates equipment. Suitable for those who want to have personalized programs, Pre & post-natal, and/or have chronic issues or spine pathology. Please note that a class will be cancelled if there is only one attendant. New to the studio or returning after long time, must do post assessment before any session.

Cancellation Policy
Northern Pilates works on a scheduled appointment basis and thus, requires that you provide 24 hrs notice when cancelling or rescheduling any session. (during COVID it is up to 12 hrs) Should you cancel a session with LESS than 24 hrs' prior notice, or fail to show up without any notification, then you will be charged for that session.
