suitable for you if you want more attention to you and your own needs. we work together to help you move gradually with your Pilates practice and work on your body issues. suitable for you if you have never done Pilates before and/or you have chronic issues that requires one-on-one attention.
Cancellation Policy
Northern Pilates works on a scheduled appointment basis and thus, requires that you provide 24 hrs notice when cancelling or rescheduling any session. (during COVID it is up to 12 hrs) Should you cancel a session with LESS than 24 hrs' prior notice, or fail to show up without any notification, then you will be charged for that session.
