Service Description
This isn’t a class or a posture test. It’s an initial consultation and personal conversation to help you figure out what your body needs. Whether you're in pain, feeling stiff, or unsure which service suits you best, this 1:1 session is designed to guide you with clarity—without pressure to commit. Please note: This is not a Posture Assessment.
Cancellation Policy
Northern Pilates works on a scheduled appointment basis and thus, requires that you provide 24 hrs notice when cancelling or rescheduling any session. (during COVID it is up to 12 hrs) Should you cancel a session with LESS than 24 hrs' prior notice, or fail to show up without any notification, then you will be charged for that session.
