Unlike standard ergonomic services that just rearrange your workspace, ErgoFit elevates your health through a holistic approach to ergonomics. ErgoFit is a Postural Ergonomics solution that synergistically transforms your workplace and your health. The Postural Ergonomics solution improves Human Performance within the workplace by addressing 4 major components: - Functional - Postural - Brain Based - Environmental Postural Ergonomics puts people first, and furniture second. This can be done virtually. this initial meeting is to discuss requirements and plan for your virtual assessment. The cost is for the whole service including assessment, solutions and training.
Cancellation Policy
Northern Pilates works on a scheduled appointment basis and thus, requires that you provide 24 hrs notice when cancelling or rescheduling any session. (during COVID it is up to 12 hrs) Should you cancel a session with LESS than 24 hrs' prior notice, or fail to show up without any notification, then you will be charged for that session.
